No, remedies are prescribed only if the chart’s energy permits it. Neeraj Sir does not recommend remedies where the chart indicates they are not suitable.

We accept payments via UPI, PayPal, net banking, debit cards, and credit cards. A payment link will be provided at the time of booking. Please complete the payment promptly to confirm your slot.

We have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Once the booking is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable.

Consultation durations vary based on the type of consultation. Details about the duration are provided during the booking process. Our general horoscope analysis program duration is maximum one hour.

If we provide a payment link and you do not complete the payment within 15 minutes, the same slot may be offered to someone else. Slot booking is confirmed only after we receive the payment.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or commitments on our end, we reserve the right to reschedule or postpone your session. Clients will be informed in advance and offered an alternative time slot if one is available. If no alternative slot is available, the same slot will be provided.

No, we do not provide recordings of the sessions. You are encouraged to take detailed notes during the Zoom meeting. If someone attempts to record the consultancy session on their end, it is a violation of our policy, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
